We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. We work with natural materials such as wood. As a result, minor variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish may occur. These natural variations are inherent to the material and make each product unique.
Minor differences from images or product descriptions do not constitute a defect and do not give rise to termination of the agreement or any right to compensation. Product information and availability may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Agreements

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An agreement is concluded only after written order confirmation and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are valid reasons to do so. Returns and refunds are handled exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Wood Reformer shall not be liable for damage, injury, or defects resulting from improper use, incorrect maintenance, failure to follow the instructions in the manual, or use that is not in accordance with the intended purpose of the product.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Wood Reformer in all cases is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.
