How much space do I need per reformer?
The open Wood Reformer has the following dimensions (cm): L 255, W 80, H 30. We recommend a minimum space of 315 cm by 220 cm. Allow for approximately 80 cm of free space on each side of the reformer.
You can also fold and store it. Then the dimensions (cm) are I L 65 I W 80 I H 132

Demos of our Reformers can be scheduled upon request (both in person and via video call). Our workshop is located in Overijse, Belgium. We understand that you want to experience the quality and mechanism for yourself. Contact us to schedule a viewing or demo.

What accessories are included with the Wood Reformer?
All our Reformers include a Pilates box (long box), Jump board and Footstrap.
Is a Wood Reformer made of real wood?
Yes, we're proud to be one of the only Belgian brands to use solid oak for our Reformers. The main advantage of wood over aluminum is its durability. Our Reformers are designed to last for years. Because wooden Pilates Reformers are much heavier than aluminum versions, they are much more stable and durable.

What do the colors of the feathers mean?
The springs are the heart of your Reformer. The quality of the resistance determines the effectiveness of your entire workout.
Our Reformers are equipped with 5 springs:
- 3 red springs: hard resistance (3-11 kg)
- 1 blue spring: medium resistance (4-17 kg)
- 1 yellow spring: light resistance (7-34 kg)
Be careful when purchasing equipment: cheaper models often use low-quality springs (often Chinese-made) or, in some cases, even elastics. These don't provide the consistent, safe, and smooth resistance needed for Pilates sessions.
What is the maximum allowable weight?
The maximum user weight limit for all Wood Reformers is 150 kg.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation?
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. Be sure to check your spam folder. We'll contact you within 48 hours to schedule a delivery. Deliveries can be scheduled both weekdays and weekends.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on our inventory, you might receive a Wood Reformer immediately or have to wait a while. The expected delivery time is always indicated on the product page. This way, there are no surprises.
If we have your Reformer in stock, we will call you within 24h to schedule delivery and installation.
Is shipping free?
All our reformers are shipped and installed free of charge. You'll also receive clear instructions on how to use the Wood Reformer.
Is the installation free?
We'll ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with more information. Delivery times depend on your location.
How does delivery take place?
After you order, we'll contact you by phone within two days to schedule a delivery and installation time. You'll also receive a brief explanation about how to use your device at that time.

What about warranty and maintenance?
We offer a 10-year commercial warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on moving parts. We're also happy to advise you on maintenance to maximize the lifespan of your equipment. We offer parts like springs to keep your Wood Reformers in top condition.

What if my wood reformer is damaged?
In almost all cases, we notice some damage upon delivery. If you notice anything is not as it should be, please let us know.
In any case, you can count on our support through the warranty conditions.
How do I return my reformer?
We're sorry you're not satisfied with our device. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of delivery. You can request a return using the contact form below. Please note: an additional €250 collection fee will be deducted from your order value. Wood Reformer will refund the remaining order value within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

When will I receive my refund?
The returned Wood Reformer will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. If the products are undamaged, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.
