General Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions, Wood Reformer , located at Nijvelsebaan 115/2, 3090 Overijse, Belgium ( BE 0741541541 ), is referred to as Wood Reformer. These terms and conditions of delivery and payment apply to all offers and agreements of Wood Reformer.
Conclusion of the agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded upon electronic acceptance of Wood Reformer's offer on the website. Acceptance occurs upon receipt of your order via the online order form and/or payment confirmation. Wood Reformer reserves the right to refuse orders or assignments without stating reasons.
Offers on the website
All offers listed on the Wood Reformer website are valid while they are on the site and while supplies last. Wood Reformer reserves the right to change prices in its offers. All offers are subject to IT, typographical, or printing errors.
Prices
All Wood Reformer prices include 21% VAT, shipping costs, and installation , unless explicitly stated otherwise. The prices for the products are as listed on the Wood Reformer website, subject to typographical errors.
Images
All images, drawings, data regarding weights, dimensions, colors, etc. included on the website are approximate only and cannot give rise to compensation and/or termination of the agreement.
Payment
The general rule is that delivery takes place after full payment has been received, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Payment can be made using the payment methods offered on the website, such as Bancontact, credit card, or by bank transfer to Wood Reformer's account in advance.
Shipping and risk
Wood Reformer will cover the shipping costs and installation will be carried out by Wood Reformer.
The products travel at Wood Reformer's risk. The risk for the products passes to the buyer from the moment the products are presented for receipt at the specified address. The buyer is obligated to accept the products upon delivery. In the buyer's absence, the products will be stored by the carrier in accordance with their policy.
If the buyer refuses to accept the products or fails to collect them from the specified storage location within the time specified by the carrier, Wood Reformer reserves the right to invoice the buyer for the costs incurred. These include, but are not limited to, transport costs, administration fees, and depreciation. These costs amount to 10% of the principal amount, with a minimum of €20.
Delivery
After receipt of payment, delivery will take place within 14 calendar days. If the delivery time exceeds 14 days, the buyer will be notified and the reason for the delay will be explained.
The stated delivery times should be considered a best efforts obligation and are considered approximate. Exceeding a delivery date never entitles the buyer to any compensation. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered within 30 days (after the originally agreed delivery date), the customer has the right to cancel the order without the right to compensation.
Warranty and conformity
Wood Reformer applies the statutory provisions regarding the warranty of the products supplied, with the understanding that the warranty does not extend beyond the warranty stated by the manufacturer of the supplied product. Wood Reformer provides a 2-year warranty on the Wood Reformer for non-fragile parts .
Wood Reformer does not provide any warranty on consumables (such as springs, ropes, upholstery, and other parts subject to normal wear and tear) unless a warranty has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
The buyer cannot invoke the warranty provisions if:

The buyer has neglected the products or there is normal wear and tear .

The buyer has made changes to the products.

There has been improper or careless use, incorrect connection, lightning strike, damage due to moisture or other external disasters.

The appliance has not been used in the usual manner or not in accordance with the manual.

The appliance is being used with incorrect accessories.
Retention of title
Ownership of the products delivered by Wood Reformer is expressly reserved until the full purchase price, including all additional costs, has been paid.
Liability
Wood Reformer accepts no liability for damage to other equipment belonging to the buyer or to third parties caused by a defect in the delivered product.
Wood Reformer is in no way liable for damage to products or persons caused by improper handling, lack of expertise, incorrect installation, improper use, or use outside of specifications.
Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) and return policy
Cancellation Before Shipment: If a cancellation and refund request is submitted before your Wood Reformer ships, a processing fee of up to 5% of the total purchase price may be deducted to cover administrative and processing costs. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this potential deduction in the event of a refund request before shipment.
Return after delivery: If you are not satisfied with your Wood Reformer, you can request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, Wood Reformer will refund the payment within 14 calendar days after notification of withdrawal (or after receipt of the product).
Return costs and conditions:

Returns will incur an additional return shipping fee of €250 for Benelux and €350 or more for EU locations for the Wood Reformer.

Your Wood Reformer, along with all associated accessories, must be returned in the original box to receive your refund.

The returned Wood Reformer will be inspected upon arrival at the company's warehouse.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Damage and Missing Parts Upon Return: If your Wood Reformer is returned damaged, with missing parts, or otherwise shows signs of abuse, Wood Reformer reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge an additional restocking fee, at Wood Reformer's sole discretion.

Court and applicable law
Belgian law applies to legal proceedings . In the event of an unresolvable dispute between the buyer and Wood Reformer, the court's decision will be binding.
For consumers (private individuals), the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. For professionals (B2B), Brussels has been expressly agreed upon as the competent court.
Complaints and disputes
A consumer can submit a complaint by email to info@woodreformer.com . Wood Reformer will endeavor to respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
If the complaint cannot be resolved, the consumer can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform , accessible via: http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
