Refund policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, you will receive a refund within 15 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@woodreformer.com. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Nijvelsebaan 115/2, 3090 Overijse.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

14-day EU cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The product may only be used to the extent necessary to assess it, as permitted under the right of withdrawal.

Return costs
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Returns of Reformers are subject to an additional return shipping fee of €250 within the Benelux and €350 or more for EU locations for the Wood Reformer.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and informed whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
