Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed after payment has been received. Delivery times stated on the website are indicative and may vary depending on availability, location, and transport planning. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors are beyond our control and responsibility.
Delivery Area
We offer free delivery and installation of our Reformers within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. For deliveries outside these regions, please contact us at info@woodreformer.com.
Delivery of Reformers
Wood Reformers are large and heavy products and are delivered by our own installers or by specialized transport partners.
Within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, the Reformers are installed in your home. For countries outside these regions, delivery is made to the ground-floor front door only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional delivery or installation costs will be communicated in advance.
Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time of delivery. We recommend inspecting the delivery immediately and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt via info@woodreformer.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout or confirmed in advance in writing. Any additional costs (such as difficult access locations or deliveries to upper floors) are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
